This photograph shows the “ADA Legacy” tour bus, parked at the Monroe County History Center in Bloomington, Indiana on June 19, 2015. In front of the bus is Al Tolbert, retired director of the Southern Indiana Center for Independent Living (SICIL), with SICIL director Teresa Reynolds and SICIL staff behind him. The ADA Legacy Tour was a traveling exhibit that criss-crossed the United States from July, 2014 to July, 2015. It was designed to raise awareness and build excitement about the 25th anniversary of the Americans with Disabilities Act on July 26, 2015. The bus drivers included Tom Olin, whose photos were included in the exhibit. He is a photojournalist known for his depictions of the disability rights movement.
